We work with your physician to minimize waiting time and to provide you with the information you need to prepare for and recover from your procedure.

Our web site contains much of the same information you will receive from your physician or one of our staff members. We hope that this will serve an easy reminder and reinforce the information.

Following your care you will receive a patient satisfaction survey. Please take a few minutes to complete this and return it in the postage paid envelope. We have contracted with an outside vendor to compile the results and return them to us in a confidential report.
